Duties:

• Measure, cut, and install seamless gutters on residential and commercial properties
• Ensure proper alignment and secure installation of gutters and downspouts
• Inspect and troubleshoot gutter systems to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for gutter installation
• Maintain a professional appearance & positive
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Some on-call and weekend work when needed.
• Assist Project Managers in managing job sites.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in gutter installation or related field is preferred
• Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
• Basic carpentry and sheet metal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn CRM
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
